Many people struggle with understanding how a particular behavior becomes a violation of the law and when confronted they feel victimized or misunderstood.

The “BIG ONES” like murder and rape are obvious, however, behaviors that may seem minor at the time may actually be a serious violation of the law.

These violations often occur when it comes to property, relationships, driving or the old “hold my beer” scenarios.

In these situations, emotions or impairment tend to override judgment and what may seem innocent or not a big deal may actually be a violation of the law.

I encourage everyone to think before acting and when in doubt…. Don’t do it. In this article, I can’t possibly cover all of the possible scenarios that are in the world but if you need to talk to someone please come and see me.
