Superintendent's Report

Graduation Time!

The Minneota Public School District will celebrate its high school graduation on Saturday, May 20, at 2 p.m. in the competition gym, with 45 seniors being awarded diplomas!

One of the best parts about the graduation ceremony for me is watching some of our very own seniors participate in the band and choir throughout the ceremony. I believe this exemplifies the advantage of attending a smaller high school, where we encourage participation all the way up through the moment of graduation.

I encourage you to come out on Saturday to support our graduates!

As the school year comes to a close, I want to thank everybody involved for another successful year! We have such a dedicated staff here at Minneota Public Schools, and it’s this dedication that helps our students to accomplish so much both academically and in extra-curricular activities.

I also want to thank the community for the support they continue to show. A highly successful school district is truly a team effort between the school and the community.

And, of course, I need to thank our students for all the hard work they exhibit throughout the school year; it’s truly a great day to be a Viking!
