A Day at the Yellow Medicine County Fair

The Yellow Medicine County Fair in Canby last week was one of those county fairs kicking off the season in southwestern Minnesota.

The event ran Thursday to Saturday and included 4-H exhibits, Ag Olympics, Inflatables, the Larry Olsen Band, a petting zoo, pedal pull, demolition derby, lots of food, the Baja Races and lots of music.

One of the big events was the “Dream Weaver”, a hypnotist who delighted the crowd.

There was also a car show and a small animal pet show.
