Old Man Winter came calling on Tuesday.

Minneota received several inches of snow on Tuesday and more is expected through Wednesday.

The white stuff was rolling off the roof tops in Minneota and coated the outdoor Christmas Tree on one of the city's streets.

Roads were becoming snow and ice packed in most areas.

The Minneota girls' basketball game with Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Tuesday night was called off as the blustry weather conditions were threatening to call off most of the events in the area Tuesday night and many on Wednesday.
