Minneota used an "inside" and "outside" approach to defeat Lincoln HI, 71-41 Tuesday night at Ivanhoe.

Inside, it was Will Kurka with 18 points and 10 rebounds and outside it was the three-point range that producedseven three-pointers.

Four of those long-range shots came from Shane Hennen, who cashed in with 16 points with four rebounds.

Brett Przymus scored 12 points with three rebounds and Zac Corbin scored 10 points wsith three rebounds. The fifth scorer was Brandon Anderson with two three-pointers and eight points.

Perhaps the Vikings best asset all night was their passing. Passes from Przymus, Hennen, Anderson and Corbin all seemed to find Kurka under the basket and he either cashed in with timely buckets or was fouled and went to the free throw line.

Lincoln HI got 10 points from Joe Bednarek but they committed 19 fouls to give the Vikings a chance to cash in at the free throw line.

Minneota was 10-10 at the line until the last 10 minutes. They ened with 12 of 21 from the charity stripe.

The win drove the Vikings record to 7-1. They host Lakeview on Friday night.
