Flooding extensive in Minneota area

Flooding was extensive all around Minneota. Mayor Tony Esing looked over ground northeast of Minneota this monring. The County Road 10 bridge is being threatened by rising waters and plans are to sandbag the area. The Minneota Golf Course was underwater. However, when rains quit in early afternoon, the problems seemed to be over for now.

Minneota hosting city-wide garage sales

It will be held on Saturday, Sept. 25.

Bank constructing addition
