Public School teachers now in place
Two more teachers were hired at Tuesday’s Minneota School Board meeting, completing the needs of students for this next session of study.
Melissa Breitback was hired as the third Kinder-garten teacher.
She is just beginning her career as a new teacher. According to Elementary Principal Harlen Ulrich, there will be about 16 students in each Kindergarten class.
Brianna Anderson will return to a half/time position as the Title Teacher for the upcoming year.
And in the sports area, Sarah Clayton has been hired for a junior high volleyball position, and a junior high football coach has been advertised for.
The numbers of participants in both areas indicate the need for the additional coaches.
Teachers will return for workshops on September 1-3 at the Public School.
Students will begin classes on September 8.
