20 drug arrests in area PDF Print E-mail

Twenty individuals from Marshall, Wabasso, Lynd, Tracy, Minneota, and rural Lyon County have been arrested for a number of drug- and weapons-related crimes.
The arrests announced Tuesday were a part of a drug sweep by the Marshall Police Department and Lyon County Sheriff’s Department.
Arrested were:

•Ashton Brice, 21, Tracy, third degree controlled substance crime;

•Jeremy Brice, 25, Tracy, second degree controlled substance crime;

•David Norman, 25, Minneota, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Nichole Radke, 31, Marshall, third degree controlled substance crime;

•Undra Jones, 48, Marshall, first degree controlled substance crime;

•Jose Lozano, 31, Montevideo, first degree controlled substance crime;

•Lester Bates, 32, Marshall, second degree controlled substance crime;

•Stevie Content, 28, Marshall, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Danielle Clapp, 21, Minneota, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Sharn Williams, 25, Lynd, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Kasey Westberg, 23, Marshall MN, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Kenneth Davis, 27, Marshall, first degree controlled substance crime/fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Sanchez Roker, 18, Marshall, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Stephon Campbell, 18, Marshall, third degree controlled substance crime;

•Gobb Marchant, 25, Marshall, second degree controlled substance crime;

•Tito Briones, 25, Marshall, second degree controlled substance crime/2 counts of ineligible possession of firearm/2 counts of possession of stolen property;

•Lee Jackson, 18, Marshall, fifth degree controlled substance crime/possession of stolen property;

•Jessie Bautista, 30, Montevideo, fifth degree controlled substance crime;

•Meredith Martell, 22, Marshall, first Degree controlled substance crime and

•Samuel Harden- 23, Marshall, fifth degree controlled substance crime.
According to officials, more arrests are pending.
Agencies involved in the arrests included the MPD, Lyon County Sheriff’s Department, Brown Lyon Lincoln Redwood Drug Task Force, Minnesota State Patrol, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and ATF.
