Letter to the Editor

To the Editor,

We would like to say "thank you" to Scott and Roberta (Josephson) and all those involved with the planning and all the work with the festivities of our Minneota Boxelder Bug Days.
It was so enjoyable to meet and visit so many folks. As we get older, we appreciate all the many kindnesses everywhere. We remember how many young ones look like their moms and dads did at that age.
The parade was neat and enjoyable, and fun to watch the kids scrambling for the candy and treats, some with bags overflowing. We even got a pinwheel and a pen and a few pieces of candy.
We enjoyed meeting new people and hearing from people we've known through the years. The food was good, the queen program was special, etc. And the weather was great, too.
Again, thank you for being Minneota nice!
