Area students receive degrees from Dakota Wesleyan University

Three area students graduated and received diplomas this spring from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD on May 6.

Sonya Smith, of Taunton, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.

Austin Buysse and Jennifer Johnson, both of Minneota, also earn diplomas.

Buysse received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports management with a concentration in human resources and a minor in communication.

He is the son of Kevin and Michelle Buysse also of Minneota.

Johnson received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
