Homecoming planned at SMSU in Marshall Oct. 1-7

Many events are planned for Homecoming 2018 at Southwest Minnesota State University, which will be held on the week of Oct. 1-7, with a theme of “Home of the Mustangs.”
Many student-centered events are held during the week, including the Chartwells Stampede Feed on Oct. 1; Candidate’s Night, featuring hypnotist Chris Jones, on Oct. 2; Mustangs Got Talent on Oct. 3; Coronation, featuring the brother folk music duo of Icarus Account, and Take 2 Improv on Oct. 4.
The SMSU Planetarium has two shows planned, a Star Show on Oct. 2, and a Music Laser Light Show on Oct. 4.
The Alumni Awards Luncheon will be held at noon on Oct. 5 in the Conference Center Ballroom.
