Firemen douse attic fire

Amadeus Molina thought he smelled smoke.

He alerted his father Gus Molina and that action Friday may have saved the Molina home.

A fire was discovered in the attic and it was soon extinquished by the Minneota Fire Department.

Nobody was hurt and the fire and smoke did not go past the attic.

At this time the cause of fire was not known.

The home is on the east end of town on Kennedy street just past the Minneota Public School.
