Improvements going in

The City of Minneota is having sewer and water installed in the Breyfogle house on Jefferson Street. Later a basement will be poured and the basement filled in.

It’s an effort to make the home, owned by Melvin Breyfogle, safer, since he’s financially unable to fix the home. Jeff Sussner of Frank’s Electric cleaned the sidewalk in preparation for the improvements.

Once completed, the cost of the improvements will be added to the property taxes of this house.
