Minneota residential development continues

American Engineering Testing, Inc. recently did boring samples at the Gorecki Addition in Minneota.

The proposed addition near the Minneota burn site will include two cul-de-sacs and will be used for development of both single and double housing projects.

This kind of testing has to be done prior to progressing with the project.

At the last meeting, the city council reviewed the “cash flow,” showing financial options, whether from taxes or user fees.

Mike Bubany of Drown and Associates was on hand to explain the financial situation to the council.

The council is moving toward the development and have advertised for bids. These bids will be opened in March
