Polejewski named a ‘Hometown Hero’

Cindy Robinson of Modern Woodmen Fraternal financial, (Minneota Chapter 10397), presented Marlene Polejewski, with the “Hometown Hero” award. 
Modern Woodmen’s  fraternalism helps to make a positive impact on our members and the community. 
“The program gives us  the opportunity to recognize an  individual or an  organization, for their outstanding service to the community,” Robinson said.
She never hesitated to lend a helping hand to other departments, always having a smile on her,  
Now, Marlene is giving back even after retiring by, volunteering at the Minneota Manor, the new thrift store in town, and she stays very active in her church.
The Minneota chapter consists of 100+ members and they have chosen Marlene for this award, as the hometown hero.  She dedicated 40 years to her patients and their families, before retiring and gave 110 percent of herself, all the time. 
“Marlene, it is people like you that make a great difference in our communities and we are presenting to you, our ‘Hometown Hero’ award! CONGRATULATIONS!” said Robinson.
