River Flood Warning for Lyon County, Minnesota

The National Weather Service has issued a river flood warning for the Redwood River in Marshall.

The Flood Warning continues for The Redwood River Near Marshall from Sunday morning to Tuesday evening. 

At 9 a.m. Thursday the stage was 10.0 feet.

 Minor flooding is forecast.

Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Forecast...Rise above flood stage Sunday, April 22 and crest near 14.5 feet on Monday, April 23.

The river is expected to fall back below flood stage Monday night.

 At stages near 14.0 feet...There will be minor flooding of low lying areas outside of Marshall.
