Hennen, Hoffmann named top athletes

Minneota Seniors Isaac Hennen and Carolyn Hoffmann were named the Amdersen-Christianson Athlete Award winners at Minneota High School.

They received the awards during the Senior Award presentations Monday night.

The award, in honor of two former Minneota athletes who passed away, is the most prestigious award given to Minneota athletes.

Given the Minneota Wrestling Booster Club Scholarship as top wrestler was Brant Buysse.

Alex Pohlen won the Dale Yost Memorial Baseball Scholarship that honors former Minneota baseball Coach Dale Yost.
