Though the early season threatened not enough swimmers to sustain a team, the Minneota Girl Scouts of America swim team is up and swimming this summer.
Two Minneota Vikings were named to the Section 3A All-Section Team this week.
They are senior catcher Alex Pohlen, who hit .471 this year and junior shortstop Thomas Hennen.
The Canby-Minneota girls track team finished in fifth place at the True Team State Tournament in Stillwater on Saturday.
