The 2023 Class A State Football Champion Minneota Vikings rode on a float in the Polish Days parade on Sunday. Nacole & Lydia Sussner and Shelly & Emily Rybinski teamed up to compete in Puzzled Polacks. As a team, they had to eat four Polish dogs, drink eight beers, and complete a 500-piece puzzle.Children enjoyed the various animals at the Petting Zoo.Kiddie Water Fights held on Sunday were sponsored by the Ivanhoe Fire Department.A team of Minneota volleyball players competed in a tournament Saturday morning. Left to right: Eden Meagher, Ryan Meagher, Brody Larson, Lyza Sussner, Emma Bottelberghe and Sawyer DeSmet.Volunteers who prepared and served authentic Polish food on Saturday take a break to pose for a photo. The volunteers prepared items such as homemade cabbage rolls, pierogi, paczki, and czarnina.
