Josh "Rooster" Kotzer of Benson is blanketed with smoke as he competes in the 20th annual Minneota Memorial Motorcycle Run behind City Hall Bar and Grill on Saturday night. There were 180 registered bikers for the event that included a 135-mile run that included Minneota, Dawson, Appleton, Montevideo, Granite Falls and Cottonwood. Friends and family members of road and highway accident victims who wanted to keep their memories alive established this event.
