‘History Rocks’ project will include journey through WWI

The “History Rocks” project is a collaboration between museums around the globe and the well-known Swedish rock band, Sabaton. Following years of hard work and research, the rock band has created “The War To End All Wars – The Movie” in partnership with Yarnhub, an animation studio focused on historical content.
“The War To End All Wars – The Movie” is 67 minutes long and features the band’s music. It takes viewers on an educational journey through some of the most nail-biting WW1 stories. It will be shown at the Lyon County Museum on Nov. 10, 11, 17 & 18 at 7 p.m. each day.
This will be a free-will donation with limited seating. Those interested in attending must register in advance by filling out a form, which is available on the museum’s website under events: www.lyoncomuseum.org and on the museum’s Facebook page under events.
