Ridding junk mail
Are you tired of junk mail? There is a solution. Stop giving out your contact information to lotteries, giveaways, or anything or anyone that asks for it. They are gathering your information to send you solicitations and/or to sell your information to others who will do the same.
Nothing is free in this world and the offer of something free is just the bait to get you to give up your address, phone number, email, and more. I went to the USPS.com site and they have detailed instructions on how to stop or greatly limit the junk mail you get. Here is the link:

Are you also tired of junk phone calls? You can register your number on the national Do Not Call list by calling 1-888-382-1222. You must call from the phone number you want to be listed and you can list as many numbers as you like. Once you do these two things you need to guard your data and resist the urge to share it otherwise you have to do it all over again. Just one slip-up can put your information in a system that can be purchased by hundreds of businesses, scam artists, and thieves.
