LYON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

A Summary of the Proceedings of the Lyon County Board.
6:30 p.m. pursuant to notice the Lyon County Commissioners met with the following members present: Commissioners Graupmann, Anderson, Crowley, Draper and Andries. Also present: Assessor Buysse and Auditor/Treasurer Heard.

MSP to set the value of parcel 31-108029-0 at $145,500.
MSP to change 26.10 acres of pasture land directly associated with the land fill to zero value, with a new estimated market value of $208,700.
MSP to change 5 acres of tillable land to pasture land. A reduction in value from $8,800 an acre to $1,800 an acre.
MSP to set the final valuation of parcel 04-029003-0 at $184,300.
MSP to approve the recommendations as presented
