A Summary of the Proceedings of the Lyon County Board
9:00 a.m. pursuant to notice the Lyon County Commissioners met with the following members present: Commissioners Graupmann, Anderson, Crowley, Draper and Andries. Also present: Administrator Stomberg and County Attorney Wikelius.

MSP to approve the agenda with the addition of highway bids.
MSP to approve the consent agenda.
MSP to approve the charitable gambling permit for SW Sportsman’s club and waive the 30 day waiting period.
MSP to approve the $3,250 appropriation for Plum Creek.
MSP to approve up to $100,000 of ARPA funding for the City of Taunton for the projects presented.
MSP to approve funding not to exceed $15,000 of Buffer Enforcement Funds for a pond reconstruction and water & sediment control basin.
MSP to accept the bid from Midwest Contracting to a total of $710,535.33 for 042-614-025 CSAH 14 grading project.
MSP to allow the Environmental Department to request quotes for the electrical projects at the Fairgrounds. The bids will be broken into 4 separate projects: campground update, light update around the grandstand in the outfield, and the breaker box in the grandstand.
MF to delay applying for legacy funding from the Greater MN Parks & Trails Commission. Motion failed with a lack of a second.
MSP to allow Environmental Administrator to get a quote from the SRDC to complete the Regional Bike Trail master plan.
MSP to approve the purchase of the Backyard Showcase main picnic shelter for a total of $154,242.80 plus assembly and entrance shelter building for a total of $36,328.20 plus assembly. Environmental Administrator to bring a quote for a 3rd building if deemed necessary.
