A Summary of the Proceedings of the Lyon County Board
9:00 a.m. pursuant to notice the Lyon County Commissioners met with the following members present: Commissioners Graupmann, Anderson, Crowley, Draper and Andries. Also present: Administrator Stomberg and County Attorney Wikelius.

MSP to approve the agenda with the addition of 5 Family Farms liquor license application.
MSP to approve the consent agenda.
MSP to approve MSP to approve the lease with Quadient Leasing for a postage machine in the Government Center for a total of $42,051 for 60 months.
MSP to declare a State of Emergency in Lyon County.
MSP to approve on-sale liquor license application for 5 Family Ranch, LLC and authorize the Auditor/Treasurer to submit on sale liquor license application to the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division.
MSP to declare three patrol cars as surplus property and allow Enterprise to sell them with the proceeds applied to costs of the replacement leases.
MSP to allow the Environmental Department to apply for the GMPTC grant for Camper Cabins at Garvin Park.
MSP to approve the quote from Backyard Showcase for a total of $11,462.62 to meet the aesthetics of the proposed shelter being constructed and continuity of the materials used.
MSP to allow HR to advertise for a Technical Assistant II in the Environmental Department.
