MINNEOTA MEMORY

Minnesota State Treasurer Val Bjornson returned to Minneota on July 5, 1951 to work the presses at the Minneota Mascot, helping the staff get a head start on a short week. Bjornson, who is serving his first term as state treasurer, had no trouble finding all the gauges after having spent years working at the Mascot during the years that his family published the paper.
