MINNEOTA MEMORY

The contestants for the Minneota Community Halloween Costume contest posed for a photo on Oct. 31, 1974 in the American Legion building. The names of the contestants by age group are: Five-and-under, Peter Dero, Christine Buysse, Wade Myhre, Kelly Myhre, and Kelly Coequyt. Six to eight years old: Tim Buysse, Nona Ahlschlager, Carrie Thorstensen, Amy Pagel, and Stacy Gunderson. Nine-and-over: Clarice Mudder, LuAnn Obe, Vickie Hoffman, Ron Gunderson, and Sharon Wambeke. The party was hosted by the Minneota Jaycees, the Minneota Businessmen's Association, and the Minneota American Legion.
