Musical tribute to Holm album out now

The musical tribute to Minneota native Bill Holm called “Playing Haydn for the Angel of Death” is now available in limited pressing CD and digital album at select locations.
“Playing Haydn for the Angel of Death” is a 15-part musical setting of Holm’s epic poem. The album features a complete song cycle by Martha Helen Schmidt, links to the 2023 Emmy award winning doc by Pioneer PBS, an essay on the work’s concept and creation, and bonus tracks with Holm reciting selections of his own poem.
