Rolle Bolle gets underway

Ghent's Annual Event Belgian American Days got underway Friday night with a barrel full of activities.

But not signifies the start of the event like Rolle Bolle itself.

Under the lights, the weekend-long Rolle Bolle Tournament featuring Bollers from all over the country and even some from Belgium, got under way.

"It's traditional to start this even under the lights and there was a very good crowd there Friday night," indicated a Boller.

"I always come to visit my sister, even though I don't Bolle," said another visitor.

The Rolle Bolle games will continue throughout the weekend — along with a long list of other events.
