Summer Reading Kickoff

Decorating the Minneota Public Library for the Summer Reading Kickoff event was a three-generation project on Monday afternoon. Left to right: Charlene Tillemans, her granddaughter Natalie Ratajczak, and her daughter Shelly Ratajczak, all prepared the library for a life-sized Candy Land game that spans the length of the library and will stay up through Friday, May 30. Summer Reading kicked off on Monday with over 40 kids receiving a gift bag from librarian Gail Perrizo, and they played Candy Land with librarian Jessica Dybsetter. Those interested in being involved in Summer Reading can sign up at the library.
