Locy urges people to take better care of ice signs
Honore Locy, the local ice man, says that people will have to take better care of their ice signs than they do. He says hereafter he will not go to any house that does not display an ice sign. If the ice sign is up, he says that he will bring the usual amount of ice and that there will be no use in telling him to take the ice away even if the housewife has an idea that she will not need it until the next day. Honore says that he will chip the ice up and put it into the ice box whether it is wanted or not, if the ice sign is up.
