Highway 68 resurfacing, ADA project set for 2024

A Highway 68 resurfacing and ADA project is scheduled for 2024 from Minneota to Marshall.
The plan is to resurface Highway 68 from Grant Street in Minneota to the intersection of Highway 59 in Marshall. The city of Ghent is excluded from this project and will be resurfaced at a later date.
This project will be done under traffic and no detour will be required.
The exact timetable of the project is undetermined at this time.
Sidewalks and pedestrian crossings will be brought up to current Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards in Marshall.
The benefits of the project are smoother road surfaces and upgraded sidewalks and pedestrian walks to meet ADA standards.
