Ramon Britez, left, and Brad Lawrence posed for this photo on 2019 outside Rusty’s Corner Cafe in Taunton. Britez was a Minneota foreign exchange student living with the Lawrence family in Minneota in 1969. He flew from his native land in Praguay to attend the 50th class reunion. It was the first time he had been back to the United States since 1979. Lawrence was killed on Monday evening in a plane crash near Payson, AZ.
