St. Edward School Happenings
Miss Elizabeth Miller
In 3rd and 4th Grade Religion: We are learning and discussing how we can use Sacred Scripture to help us pray every day.
In 5th Grade Religion: We are beginning our discussion on the Mystery of the Holy Eucharist and how the Lord truly asks us to “take and eat”, “take and drink” so that we can become more like Him!
In 3rd Grade Reading: We are just beginning to discuss the role of an illustrator and answering the question: What does an illustrator do?
In 5th Grade Reading: We are reviewing our singular and plural nouns, continuing our practice of comprehension and understanding the parts of a story, and working hard in our leveled spelling groups.
In 3rd/4th Grade Science: We are wrapping up our lesson on the scientific method and making connections as we finish our all-class Science Fair project.
In 3rd/4th Grade Social Studies: We are continuing our discussion on the Nation’s Government by learning about the three different branches: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial.
