Three Canby/Minneota runners were in the state cross country meet on Saturday — but only two finished
Two-time state podium finisher Grace Drietz withdrew from the race. She was in 10th place when she withdrew for medical reasons. She was taken from the meet in an ambulance for observation.
However, she recovered and was "doing fine" by last report.
Braelyn Merritt finished in 74th place in 20:23 among the girls and in the boys race, Blake Stoks took 134th place in 18:02.8.
