Minneota boys receive forfeit

The Minneota boys basketball advanced in the Section 3A-North playoffs Friday night when MACCRAY was forced to forfeit the game due to some players being exposed to COVID-19.
Minneota, seeded No. 4 in the 3A-North, will now take on top-seeded Lac qui Parle Valley on Friday, March 20 at LQPV High School in the semifinals.
The winner of that game will play in the championship Tuesday, March 22 against either No. 2 Central Minneota Christian or No. 3 Renville County West.
