Vikings to swing back into action

The Minneota Vikings, weather-permitting, swing back into action on Thursday.

The Viking wrestlers are at Granite Falls for a 5 p.m. start on Thursday in a Triangular with host Quad County (YME, RCW and MACCRAY) plus Pipestone.

The wrestlers will also be at Milbank, SD on Saturday for the BST Border Battle Duals at 10 a.m.
Teams include: Minneota, Border West, United (Lac qui Parle Valley/Dawson-Boyd/Montevideo); Lennox, SD; Milbank SD; Sioux Falls Washington, SD.

The big match comes Tuesday, January 8 at home. The No. 4 Vikings will host the No. 2 Tracy-Milroy-Balaton/Westbrook-Walnut Grove squad.

The girls play at Renville County West at 7:15 p.m. Thursday, then are off until they host Edgerton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. A game has been scheduled fro Thursday, Feb. 7 at home against Springfield. It will be a varsity and B squad event starting at 6 p.m.

The boys host Fulda at 7:15 p.m. Thursday, then are at Central MN Christian in Prinsburg on Tuesday.
